Answers to the questions we hear most about renting Eden Grove for a photoshoot.
Where is Eden Grove Greenhouse?
We're in Anna, Texas, in north Collin County, about 15 minutes north of McKinney and 45 minutes from downtown Dallas. The exact address is sent after you book.
How much does it cost to rent the greenhouse?
Hourly rentals start at $[XX] per hour with a one hour minimum. Golden hour, half day, and full day blocks are also available. See the studio rental page for current rates.
Can I book the greenhouse without a photographer?
Eden Grove is a studio rental for photographers, content creators, and brands. If you want someone to take your photos, book a session with Brittany Bay on her site at brittanybayproductions.com.
What is the best time of day for greenhouse photos?
Morning and late afternoon give the softest light. Midday is still usable because the glass roof and sheer drapes diffuse the sun. For string lights and chandelier glow, book the golden hour block.
Is the greenhouse hot in the summer?
Texas summers are warm, so morning and evening slots are the most comfortable from June through September. [Add details on fans, shade cloth, or cooling].
How many people can come?
Standard rentals include up to 6 people, including the photographer. Additional guests are $[XX] each. Let us know about larger groups when you book.
Can we bring pets?
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome on request. Please mention them on the booking form.
What happens if it rains?
Nothing changes. The greenhouse is fully covered, so rain actually makes for beautiful, moody photos through the glass.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule for free with [XX] hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations inside that window.
When do bookings open?
Studio bookings open October 1 for fall and Christmas dates.
Will there be a Christmas setup with Santa?
Yes. The greenhouse transitions from the fall set to a full Christmas set closer to the holidays, and Santa is available to book for your mini sessions on select dates.
Is there an open house for photographers?
Yes. Photographers can join the October 1 open house to tour the greenhouse, shoot setups with models, and get portfolio content. Request an invite on the booking form or DM us on Instagram.
Can I use the greenhouse for a small wedding or proposal?
Proposals and elopement portraits are welcome. Ask about availability for small ceremonies when you book.
